Three streams of consented data. In university clinics, the query runs on their own patient databases, and the records stay there. Outpatient practices add theirs, alongside pre-qualifications from the chatbot. Patients at home arrive through social campaigns and share their records themselves.
The three streams merge, and every profile is matched against the eligibility criteria of active trials: the ones listed in CTIS, ClinicalTrials.gov, and DRKS, plus the ones investigators enter with us directly.
Doctors and study nurses work inside the platform: matches arrive with the patient information already attached, visits are booked without a phone call, and what patients report flows straight back in.
The path ends in the study center: the doctor talks the trial through with the patient, rechecks every eligibility criterion, and when everything holds, the patient enrolls.
